What this service is

Pick Patrol aggregates and analyzes publicly available sports commentary from YouTube channels. We extract apparent betting picks, link them to source video timestamps, grade them against publicly reported results, and surface aggregate statistics. The service is informational and analytical in nature.

What this service is not

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pick Patrol, or 21 years old in jurisdictions where the minimum gambling age is 21. By using the site you affirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site at automated rates that interfere with normal operation
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access admin-only areas
• Use Pick Patrol data to operate a sportsbook, tipster service, or competing aggregator
• Re-publish Pick Patrol data without attribution
• Use the service in any jurisdiction where online sports betting analysis is prohibited

Channel owners

If you are a channel owner whose content is being monitored and you would like your channel removed, please contact us and we will exclude your channel within 7 business days.

DMCA / copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. We do not republish source video content — we display extracted pick metadata and deep-link to the source video on YouTube. If you believe content on Pick Patrol infringes your copyright, please send a notice including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient information for us to locate it, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

No warranties

Pick Patrol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not warrant that the service will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pick Patrol and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses incurred from acting on extracted picks.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage with at least 14 days' notice.
